Who we are

Ridgeline ("we", "us") runs paid Meta and Google ad campaigns for aesthetic clinics, med spas, and spas. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the booking form on this site. If you have any question about it, email RidgelineMarketing@proton.me.

What we collect

When you submit the "Book a Strategy Call" form, we collect exactly what's on the form:

• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your business website, if you give one
• Your monthly ad spend range

The only third-party request this page makes regardless of your choices is to Google Fonts, to load the typefaces you're reading right now -- that doesn't set a cookie or share anything about you beyond the standard technical information any web request carries (your IP address, browser type). This site also records roughly how long a page stays open before you leave, and whether the booking form was started, purely to understand which pages are useful and where people get stuck -- no cookie, nothing stored on your device, and nothing sent anywhere but our own server.

Cookies & analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they use. It sets cookies and shares some information with Google -- pages viewed, approximate location from your IP, device and browser type. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't otherwise sell or share your data.

Nothing loads until you say yes: the first time you visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline. Decline and no analytics cookies are set at all. You can change your mind at any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer. See Google's own privacy policy for how they handle what they receive.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it goes ahead, to run a strategy call and potentially work together. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't add you to a marketing list without asking first.

Legal basis

We process this information under legitimate interests -- responding to an enquiry you chose to submit is a reasonable, expected use of the information you gave us for that purpose.

Who sees it

Nobody outside Ridgeline. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. It's stored on infrastructure we control, not handed to a third-party CRM or marketing platform.

How long we keep it

For as long as it's relevant to a live or potential working relationship. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we periodically clear out old records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time -- see below.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:

• Show you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's inaccurate
• Delete your information
• Stop processing it

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
